In the initial stages of industry restructuring in Ontario, over 100
distribution utilities consulted us in matters of ownership and financing
options, business structure and business portfolio alternatives.
Since that time, we continue to clients considering a variety of new
energy sector business projects, developing strategic plans or offering
assets for sale.
